Keeping with my tradition of multi media on my textiles. I added many texture with flowers, beads and embroidery on my fabrics and reaching for new colors with my favorite dying techniques. The handbags tend to range in size but each bag remains the same in quality with the range of work that i apply to each bag. All are handmade with my own drawings, embroideries, beads, and dyes.

USE YOUR IMAGINATION AND HAVE FUN WITH IT.

I recommend that my hats be washed by hand
and placed on foam head, bowl, or laid flat to dry.
Acrylic hats can be machine washed .

Stained Glass Jackets & Puzzle Purses

These lovely jackets are fun to make because they are designed to look like stained glass and the puzzle purses I make match some of the 'stained glass' fabric pieces. The puzzle purse has many hidden pockets with myriads of uses and has a clear plastic interior bottom piece which can be removed so the purse is a hobo bag. The purse strap pulls through for two shoulder straps or one and the interior has two lovely fabric pockets. Stained glass has always intrigued me and I created this pattern for a stained glass look to a jacket. I also designed the puzzle purse pattern. One size fits most and it indeed looks like 'stained glass' as the pieces come together.

Rags to Riches Jacket

Many lovely & fun vintage cotton fabrics were pieced together to create/design this fun & funky jacket. I fringed the edges of the blocks after sewing the jacket together to give it an even funkier look. Many of the fabrics are from vintage clothing pieces so recycling can be fun! I am searching for just the right button for the front top. It, too, will need to be funky & fun. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind jacket that I call 'Rags to Riches'. All cotton, & washble and fun! This jacket is totally reversible which makes it even more fun! Enjoy 'Rags to Riches'!
