Susan Crouse-Kemp is a Colorado native who trained as a commercial artist at the Colorado Institute of Art. She has exhibited her fiber art throughout Colorado and in many national juried venues. Her work is owned by a number of private collectors.
If someone asks me what I do, I like to answer that I am becoming an artist. My work is like a journey without an intended destination. The exploration of the process is an enriching passage for me. My work is currently evolving in a methodology which allows me to work extemporaneously. This approach allows me to start without a design in mind. In many ways the inventive nature of my methods challenges me to discover solutions for using the medium while reaching for intriguing results. http://www.sckart.com

Lovely
I really like this work... the colours are so well blended and harmonious. And I like the stitch directions. Very pleasing. Nicky Perryman Textile Artist
