Warm and Adorn your hands and still maintain the use of your fingers in any situation with fabulous, fanciful, functional, fingerless mitts.' Nearly gloves' leave fingers free to walk the dog, drive the car, etc. or just show off your hands with a new accessory. These even go over another pair of gloves! Designing as I go these mitts are fun & functional & knit with many different yarns & stitch patterns. Johnny Depp wears gauntlets (another name for fingerless mitts) in his movie-Sweeney Todd . Enjoy these designs and yarns. Some can be knit & felted and some can be worn over a regular pair of gloves for added warmth & color! Enjoy 'nearly gloves' for a fun addition to your wardrobe.

Trendy or traditional ; pretty and petite are perfect adjectives for these gorgeous knitted , felted & needle felted bags. Until I have a bag in the works and complete it; I have never "FELT" this kind of passion for an art form which is not unique to this era but has been handed down though generations and has become more popular for bags, slippers,mittens, scarves and anything that can be knitted with the gorgeous wools on the market along with so many beautiful novelty yarns. I hope that you enjoy looking at my felted pieces as much as I enjoy the whole process from hand spun yarn to kettle dyeing to the final felting process it is a challenging and fulfilling artform. The process of needle felting adds decorative wool 'pictures' to my finished felted pieces & at times gives the piece a three dimentional look. It is a very rewarding process. I have used many mediums and this is one of my favorites because it is like 'PAINTING WITH YARN".
