Gypsy Tambourine Felted Bag

A brilliant deep orange-red yarn knitted into this fun bag with its forty inch over-the-shoulder strap. After knitting & felting the pieces are cut and hand stitched to create this one-of-a-kind knitted, felted, hand-embroidered, needelfelted bag with French knots around the top exterior edge & small shells attached to look like jingles on a tambourine. I needelfelted the flower to the front and then placed a brilliant purple & silver fashion button in the center. I hand-stitched purple & orange metallic seed beads embellishing the flower's edges. The over-the-shoulder strap has an embroidered chain stitch with gorgeous yarn in rusts & purples which accent the orange-red bag. A zipper closure has a wet felted ball attached for ease in opening & the interior is lined with a fun fashion fabric. A perfect bag for anytime and holds smalls items in a lovely way.
