Je t'adore: C'Est Magnifique bag knitted/felted/needlefelted with gorgeous , handdyed wool in shades of luscious greens is a designer handbag so lovely that the photos do not do it justice. Exterior flap & base ruffle not felted & both added after the felting process to give this bag a designer look. Needlefelted exterior berries & leaves-lovely fashion buttons flap & interior front edge-base interior twice reinforced & lovely green fashion fabric lines the interior base-gold magnetic closure -& lovely interior top edge trim in green/gold. Two gorgeous interior pockets continue the loveliness of this bag-ICord handle doubles or pulls through for a lovely single cord. Tiny colorful beads adorn the entire bag-knitted into bag. Magnifique! Enjoy!

Trendy or traditional ; pretty and petite are perfect adjectives for these gorgeous knitted , felted & needle felted bags. Until I have a bag in the works and complete it; I have never "FELT" this kind of passion for an art form which is not unique to this era but has been handed down though generations and has become more popular for bags, slippers,mittens, scarves and anything that can be knitted with the gorgeous wools on the market along with so many beautiful novelty yarns. I hope that you enjoy looking at my felted pieces as much as I enjoy the whole process from hand spun yarn to kettle dyeing to the final felting process it is a challenging and fulfilling artform. The process of needle felting adds decorative wool 'pictures' to my finished felted pieces & at times gives the piece a three dimentional look. It is a very rewarding process. I have used many mediums and this is one of my favorites because it is like 'PAINTING WITH YARN". My theme bags/totes are exciting to create but I have other artistic creations that I will enjoy sharing with you. Thank You for stopping by. Patricia Maxwell
